LITIGATION SUPPORT TO ATTORNEYS
Assistance to attorneys is the major focus of our practice. Our 35 years experience in HVAC system troubleshooting has sharpened our expertise in developing a detailed understanding of the issues, many of which may not be obvious from the stated complaint. From there we help the attorney understand the technical aspects of the case, and to put the issues into language that a layman can understand at trial. Our services include both pre-litigation and litigation support. We work nationwide.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Our experience in determining the feasibility of proposed projects is extensive, including such diverse project types as campus chilled water distribution, airports and ice based thermal storage. We offer expertise in HVAC and Plumbing.
Chason's approach to such studies is based upon the scientific method, recognizing that the appropriate statement of the problem to be studied is critical. Throughout, we understand that both the technical and the financial aspects of the solution are important. Construction and operational costs are thoroughly analyzed at an early stage.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT
Energy efficiency in buildings is the heart of Chason's philosophy. From the first energy management study that we performed in 1972 to current projects, we have strived to improve our ability to provide comfort control at the lowest possible cost.
Our experience with a variety of building types, including offices, schools, apartment buildings and hospitals helps us to develop systematic approaches to energy reduction design.
We start with an evaluation of historical energy consumption and performance testing of air conditioning and heating systems. This data, along with observations of building use patterns will suggest ways to save energy and improve comfort. We then apply owner-supplied financial parameters to develop a plan for cost effective changes to systems.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
We believe that truly energy efficient building designs emerge only through teamwork; with Owner and Designers working together to create a structure which responds to its environment without taxing our energy resources. While to many, minimal energy consumption means austerity and lack of comfort, we have seen that greater efficiency usually provides improved comfort. The Green design movement is merely a codification of the good design and efficiency principal that we have incorporated into our designs over the years.
Our practice is truly nationwide, a we have served clients from California to New Mexico to North Dakota to the eastern seaboard.
