Engineer Expert Witness

It is important to have a person who testifies at a trial because they have special knowledge, experience, training or skill in this field. This entitles them to testify about their opinion on the meaning of the facts. In contrast, non-expert witnesses can only testify about facts they observed and not their opinions about these facts. It is very important the court get a straight answer that is confident and understandable. This establishes the witness and proves that his testimony is real. Likewise, this will help educate the court, the judge and the jury in determining and understanding technical evidence. When a witness shows no fear and has confidence in his testimony, the jury can establish truthfulness in their words.
Mr. Keeler has nearly 40 years experience as a design consulting engineer in the construction industry, focusing on HVAC and Plumbing.  Much of that work involved troubleshooting and diagnostics of malfunctioning systems.  As such, he is well qualified to serve as a construction expert witness and is able to identify construction defects provide support in litigation matters.
